輸送帶式研掃機(MY-800)

CONVEYING BELT TYPE SHOT BLASTING M/C

本機利用橡膠輸送帶輸送工件，輸送帶轉動而將工件直通穿過噴洗隧道，噴洗工件時，乃由設置於由各部位之噴砂葉輪，將鋼珠或鋁珠以高速且連續不斷射出無死角珠擊工件表面，使附著在工件表面之鑄砂或鏽皮脫落，作業後之工件表面美觀清潔，便於下一步驟之處理程序。

本機適於鐵板、玻璃、型鋼、鋅鋁壓鑄品之單面噴洗。

This m/c is employed rubber belt to conver the  workpiece and the rolling rubber belt will convey the workpiece pass through the shot-blasting  tunnel, Meanwhile, the workpiece surface will be  shoted steel ball by shot wheelabrators in hi-speed and continuously, after then, then asting sand, scaling & burring etc., which adhesived on the  workpiece surface will becleaned, The processed workpiece will be scaling & burring etc., which  adhesived on the workpiece surface will be cleaned, The processed workpiece will be shined &  burnished and convenient for next step pocessings.
This m/c is suitable for steel plate, glass, l beam, zinc & aluminiumdie die castings etc., to make single  surface shot blasting processings.
