圓鐵棒線專用式研掃機(MY-500)

本機適用於噴洗 6mm~30mm 圓鐵線及圓鐵棒，將工件直通穿過噴洗隧道，噴洗工件時，及由設置於由各部位之噴砂葉輪，將鋼珠或鋁珠以高速且連續不斷射出無死角珠擊工件表面，使附著在工件表面之鑄砂或鏽皮脫落，作業後之工 件表面美觀清潔，便於下一步驟之處理程序。

This machine is suitable for spray-washing 6m/m ~ 30m/m round iron wires and round iron sticks. First, let the workpiece go ghrough the spray-washing tunnel, and when the workpiece is being spray- washed, the spray-sand blade eheels located and set up at each position will eject the steel beads or aluminum beads at fast speed and incessantly and strike at the surfaceof the workpiece without any blind angles, causing the cast sand or rust skin attached to the workpiece surface to fall off. The workpiece surface appears good-looking and clean to facilitate the next processing step.
