連續循環吊式研掃機(MY-606)

CONTINUOUSLY CIRCULATION HANGS THE TYPE SAND BLASTING M/C

特殊設計於研掃機頂端之循環懸吊裝置，而工件於機械外部被掛上吊具而緩慢轉動進入噴洗室，利用迴轉懸吊吊具使工件轉動，再由設置於上方之噴砂葉輪將鋼珠或鋁珠以高速且連續不斷射出，而迴轉懸吊之工件以低速旋轉，使其均勻地被鋼珠噴射，工件可呈現其美觀之清潔面，便於下一步驟之處理程序。
本機操作簡單，操作人員僅需將末處理之工件於一端掛上懸吊吊具，而於另一端將處理完畢之工件卸下即可，可連續操作，產量大。
適於各類型之中、大型鑄件，形狀複雜，中空適於掛載等之壓鑄工件或同類型銲接工件等。

Special designed of circulating hang installation at top of m/c and the  workpiece be hanged m/c and swinged slowly get into the blasting chamber,  for then, the workpiecesurface will be shoted steel ball by shot wheelabrator in hi-speed and ontinuously,but the hang workpiece turned in low speed, Since, the workpiece surface will be shoted evenly, after that, the casting sand, sealing & burring etc., which adhesived on the  workpiece surface will be cleaned soon, the processed workpiece will be shined & burnished and  convenientfor next step porocessing.
Simple of operating, the operator whom just hang up un-process workpiece at one end and processed  workpiece will be taken away at anoter end and can be operated progressively, great product  capacity.
This m/c is suitable for medium & large size castings, complicated profile or hollow etc., workpiece  suited for hanging die castings or same profile weldments.
