雙吊車式研掃機(MY-600)

DOUBLE RAIL CHAIN HOLST TYPE SHOT BLASTING M/C

本機利用鋼軌吊車加上迴轉懸吊吊具，使工件轉動，再由設置於各部位之噴砂葉輪，將鋼珠或鋁珠以高速且連續不斷射出，迴轉懸吊之工件以低速旋轉， 使其均勻地被鋼珠噴射，工件可在短時間內呈現其美觀之清潔面，便於下一步驟之處理程序。
本機所架設之人字軌及方便一組懸吊之工件施行噴砂作業時，而另一組工件正可裝上吊具，互相交換使用而達到最大效益。
本機適於中、大型鑄件，鋅鋁壓鑄品或其它便於懸掛之工件等不勝細舉。

This m/c is employed hoist and rotating hanger to hang workpiece, for then, the workpiece surface will be shoted steel ball by shot wheelabrator in hi-speed and continuously, but the hang workpiece turned in low speed, Since, Shine , the workpiece surface will be shoted evenly, after that, the casting sand, scaling & burring etc., whichadhesived on the workpiece surface will be cleaned soon, the processed workpiece will be shined & burnished and convenient for next step processing.
The double rail be installed which convenient for one set hanging workpiece be processed shotblasting
